Reagan E. Bradford
Reagan’s legal experience hasn’t followed the usual course. He began his practice at a large, defense-oriented law firm where he honed his litigation skills and learned the ins and outs of corporate defense. From there he moved in-house, ultimately serving as Deputy General Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary of one of the nation’s largest oil-and-gas producers.
But his competitive nature drew him back to private practice, so he left the corporate world to open the Oklahoma City office of The Lanier Law Firm in 2016. Having learned the playbook for defense work, Reagan joined forces with Mark Lanier with great success. From 2016 to 2020, Reagan originated and handled a host of complex litigation matters, resulting in over $300 million in client recoveries while he served as Managing Attorney of the Lanier Law Firm’s Oklahoma City office.
The next logical step was to start a new chapter with his law partner, Ryan Wilson, which led to the formation of Bradford & Wilson in 2020.
Reagan received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he served on the Oklahoma Law Review, founded the Energy and Resources Law Student Association, and graduated Order of the Coif. Reagan was named to the Journal Record’s 40 Under 40 in Oklahoma City in 2015. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters.
The University of Oklahoma is a special place for Reagan. He currently serves on the OU Law Board of Visitors and was awarded the Regents’ Alumni Award for his service to the university. Reagan also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Royalty Owners of Oklahoma.
